Red Carpet Party

            Saturday night one of my friends is having a “Red Carpet” theme party. I am so excited. I finally get to wear my Louboutins. I’m not sure what dress I’m going to wear yet, but anything goes with nude shoes. I’m either going to do a half up/half down hairstyle or a bouncy pony. Where I live, you don’t get to dress up often, so this will be a fun night. Everyone will have fun getting ready! Pinterest is going to help me a lot with my look!

Short Hair

            This hairstyle is what makes me want to chop my hair. It has so much volume to it. I love the way it hugs her face, as well. My hair, right now, is way too thin. I was doing a friends hair last night and a barely quarter of her hair is equal to the thickness of my hair. I love this haircut because it looks so carefree, like the girl who has this cut just wakes up and goes. I would never have the guts to cut my hair any shorter than I did when I donated it. Foundation

            Comparing Rimmel London Stay Matte foundation and Neutrogena foundation I would choose Stay Matte because it doesn’t make you feel like you have layers and layers of foundation on. I used to use Neutrogena foundation and like it because it kept my skin clear of acne. I like it, but I had to apply more throughout the day. Although, the foundation kept my skin clear it felt cakey, and made my skin color orange, because I had to apply so much. Some people like that feel, but I don’t and I wouldn’t recommend this very often. I’m glad I found another foundation that works well for me.

            I recently found Stay Matte foundation on Pinterest it had great reviews. Stay Matte foundation is amazing because it has the light feel to it. It is mousse, so it’s easier to apply. Another great thing about it is that it stays on longer; you don’t have to keep putting more on throughout the day. I love it; I would recommend this to everyone!

Hairstyle

            I really like this look because I like half up/half down hairstyles. I know it’s hard to see her hair, but it is a spiral curl. I curled her hair with a curling wand. After curling her hair I made two braids to accentuate the bump. I should have curled her hair with my fingers again, to decrease the fly-a-ways.

Smoky Eye

            This is great for special occasions. I use one of the Almay palettes to do this look. I thought it wouldn’t work, because I didn't like how dark the colors were, but it turned out great. It is still dark, but it doesn’t look like she has been hit. I put silver on her brow bone and on the inside corner of her eye to make it pop! I put purple all over her lid, then grey on her crease. Another reason why I love this look is because it goes great with her hazel green eye color. I found this look on Pinterest.
